- These workouts are MUCH more intense than our other Underground Strength Courses. You MUST be on a mission to dig deep and discover who you TRULY are if you want to make it through these workouts.
- We ALL have an "X Factor" inside of us, SOME of us WANT to push the envelope and see what we're REALLY made of, others are content and have NO desire to raise the bar and dig deeper. If you think you're "Good Enough" then you're NOT cut out for Project X.
